We are unique in that all of our agents offer a background in residential real estate appraisal which assists us in “knowing” the market like no other agency. All of our agents have at least 10 years of real estate appraisal experience while the owner, Troy Flack, has over 20 years of local real estate experience!  Please keep in mind, although we are brokers and active state certified appraisers, due to potential conflicts of interest, we are careful to always define our roles up front so that when engaged as a broker we remain a broker and when engaged as an appraiser, we remain an appraiser at ALL times!
